MenuOur kitchen staff takes special care in preparing classical Swiss dishes for our guests. Always enjoyed by everyone is our specialty from the canton Zurich called «Zürcher Geschnetzeltes» (tender veal slices with a mushroom cream sauce), or our homemade Cheese Fondue which we offer all year long.During summer we also serve light dishes like fish from our lake, or season salads. Additionally, during winter enjoy our two different Meat Fondues (Bourguignonne or Chinoise). Moreover, for our little guests we have special kids menus available. |
